The Unsung Event Hero
Clients not talking about parking is a good thing. When done right, parking is simple, convenient and immediately forgot about.

Parking is Part of the Plan
Whether it’s a week-long camp or a single-day conference, parking is always part of the plan with us. It’s one of the aspects of event planning that no one likes to talk about, it’s not fun, and certainly not glamourous, but if not done correctly attendees will talk about it. And no one wants that. So, let’s just avoid that scenario and we’ll take it from here.
Simple, Convenient, Taken Care Of

A Shuttle Will Get You There
Each major venue across Cal Poly’s campus has convenient parking nearby. And if not, a nice stroll will get you there. When a saunter is not an option, shuttle service is available.

No Physical Permit Required
At Cal Poly we say no, to the rear-view mirror parking permit hang tag, and yes to one less thing print and hand out to attendees which eventually gets tossed in the bin.

Seven Day Parking
Cal Poly is a seven day a week campus, meaning that parking must be covered no matter if it’s a Tuesday or a Sunday. We work with our colleagues in parking to make ensure every day is covered for our events.
